  6. Hi Abby! How fortunate I stumbled upon your blog. My boyfriend's mom is from the Philippines and is the most amazing cook, but can't write down a recipe to save her life! We are moving cross country soon so we will be missing her food. I can't wait to try your adobo recipe! One request- she makes the most delicious stew called Caldereta I think. Would love to see a recipe for this on your blog one day!
